There is a whole new series of city mugs on Starbucks Philippines with limited edition series featuring Manila and Cebu in a specially sculptured mug!
These are the ‘local relief’ mugs; obviously it is ‘relief’ (from the Latin verb ‘relevo’ which means to raise) referring to the definition found in ‘that’s a nice relief map.’ I have seen Hongkong and New York City designs from a friend’s collections an I think it’s kind of cool to offer another way to collect local mugs.
The name of the city is written on the interior of the cup.
