One of the malls affected by the said “technical problem” on the AlDub movie finally aired the real problem encountered by the mall on the first day of showing of “Imagine You & Me.”
Posted on the official Facebook Page, Pacific Mall Legaspi expressed their apology over the delay of screening of the movie. They said, “PACIFIC MALL CINEMA would like to express apology for the delay of IMAGINE YOU & ME 1st & 2nd screening.”

The mall even pointed out the real problem and it’s not their fault. “The movie production was not able to fix the password on time. Accordingly, most of the cinemas all over the Philippines are still waiting for the Key Delivery Message (password) update from the Production. There is no technical error on our part or sabotage as circulating online. Thank you for your patronage!”
