Aljur Abrenica has roused netizens’ ire once again!
PEP.ph got a chance to interview the Kapuso actor exclusively.
In his interview, Abrenica expressed his disappointment with Vidanes Celebrity Marketing, Kylie Padilla’s management, for announcing the couple’s engagement without their consent. It will be recalled that the management confirmed the couple’s engagement through their official Instagram account.
“Sa totoo lang, medyo nabastusan ako sa ginawa nila,” he said.
“Hindi talaga medyo. Nabastusan talaga ako sa nangyari,” emphasized by Abrenica.
“Hindi talaga ako natutuwa, pasintabi, kasi kung kanino man dapat manggaling ‘yung balitang ito, dapat sa’ming dalawa ni Kylie eh.”
Uploaded on PEP.ph’s YouTube channel, netizens were quick to react to Abrenica’s statements.
Most of the top comments in the video describes Abrenica as cocky or “mayabang.”
The negative aura didn’t stop there, as Padilla’s fans took to Abrenica’s Instagram account to express their dislike towards the actor’s attitude.
In the middle of outrage, the actor apologized “for being human.” He also said that he was “frustrated, tired and hurt” (when he was interviewed by PEP.ph).
Nonetheless, there are still fans of the actor who defended and understand him.
