All you have to do is log in to your PSBank Mobile or PSBank Online (Internet banking) account to create a Cardless Withdrawal transaction request. Once logged in, you will need to select “Cardless Withdrawal,” choose the PSBank account where the amount will be withdrawn, type in your nominated 4-digit PIN and the amount.
Afterwards, you will receive PIN 2 or a new set of unique six-digit system-generated PIN. Your PIN 2 is valid within 30 minutes from the time of your request. After getting the two PIN codes, you simply need to go to any PSBank ATM, and press the ENTER key to start a Cardless Withdrawal transaction. Key in the two PIN codes and amount to be withdrawn, you cannot make a partial withdrawal on your transactions. Once all information entered are correct, the ATM will dispense your cash.
The amount for every Cardless Withdrawal transaction can range from PhP100 to PhP10,000 –just make sure the amount is divisible by 100. The daily maximum withdrawal limit is PhP30,000.
