Go Cardless but Never Cashless with PSBank!

Imagine this: you are in line at your favorite clothing store, about to purchase that designer jacket that you’ve had your eyes on. You reach for your wallet and discover that you don’t have enough cash on hand. Even worse, you left your card at home, so you don’t have access to your funds. Immediately, you think about going home and returning to the store. However, the traffic is horrible, and while you waste time in traffic, somebody else might buy the jacket while you’re away.

With PSBank’s Cardless Withdrawal, you can get around this situation and have access to your money anytime, without using an ATM Card.

“Cardless withdrawal empowers PSBank ATM cardholders as nothing can stop them from making those important transactions or rewarding purchases. You might be cardless, but you will never go cashless,” PSBank said.

You can now enjoy this convenient feature through the more than 600 PSBank ATMs nationwide. All you have to do is log in to your PSBank Mobile or PSBank Online (Internet banking) account to create a Cardless Withdrawal transaction request. Once logged in, you will need to select “Cardless Withdrawal,” choose the PSBank account where the amount will be withdrawn, type in your nominated 4-digit PIN and the amount.

Afterwards, you will receive PIN 2 or a new set of unique six-digit system-generated PIN. Your PIN 2 is valid within 30 minutes from the time of your request. After getting the two PIN codes, you simply need to go to any PSBank ATM, and press the ENTER key to start a Cardless Withdrawal transaction. Key in the two PIN codes and amount to be withdrawn, you cannot make a partial withdrawal on your transactions. Once all information entered are correct, the ATM will dispense your cash.

The amount for every Cardless Withdrawal transaction can range from PhP100 to PhP10,000 –just make sure the amount is divisible by 100. The daily maximum withdrawal limit is PhP30,000.

On top of the convenience that this new feature offers, it also provides a safer banking experience through its multi-factor authentication.

“The security of our clients is always a top priority, especially in the new digital age. PSBank employs a holistic approach to security and integrates information security controls into all its business processes. We employ an end-to-end security to ensure that the right controls are in place to protect our clients’ information. It has always been our goal to provide an exceptional customer experience and this entails protecting our customers’ information without adversely affecting business processes,” PSBank said.
