Aedrianne Acar of GMA Network recently wrote an article about Mark Zambrano losing his grandfather. His fiancée, Aicelle Santos posted her own Instagram post to pay respects to Mark’s family.
However, Aicelle recently called out the said article having wrong information.
Aicelle is currently touring for Miss Saigon UK as she had bagged the role of Gigi in the said theater play. This led to her not being able to go to her grandfather’s funeral. Mark took it upon himself to pay his respects to Aicelle’s grandfather. He wrote a simple caption on the said Instagram post:
“Rest well lolo. We love you!”
The Kapuso diva replied and asked Mark to sing a song for her grandfather. Aicelle also asked Mark to hug her grandmother for her.
“Sing a song to lolo mahal ko.. and pls hug lola for me…”
Aedrianne’s article has the title, “READ: Aicelle Santos prays for Mark Zambrano’s family after the death of his lolo.” The said article was also published in May 1.
However, the article had accidentally twisted the details.
In the article, Mark was the one who had grieved for his grandfather. Meanwhile, Aicelle was the one who paid respects for his grandfather. Aicelle posted a photo on Instagram to express how much she loves her grandfather. She continued that she will miss him dearly.
In the said Instagram post, Aicelle also wrote a simple caption and asked her grandfather to rest well.
“Pahinga ka na po Lolo. I will miss you.. Mahal na mahal po kita…”
In a Twitter post, GMA Network posted the said article on Twitter.
“Aicelle Santos took to Instagram to pay respect to Mark’s family.”
Aicelle called out the said wrong information.
“Please this is wrong info. It’s my lolo who died..”
