It looks like Dingdong Dantes is ready again to do another movie with ABS-CBN’s movie arm Star Cinema. He recently met with Star Cinema Managing Director Olivia Lamasan.
On his Instagram account, the Kapuso actor shared the photo of his visit at Star Cinema office on Thursday night, July 12. “Christmas is just around the corner. 😉,” he captioned the said photo.
Recently, Dingdong was rumored to be the leading man of Vice Ganda on the Star Cinema entry to the MMFF 2018 titled “Fantastica: The Princess, The Prince and The Perya.”
In a press conference, Dingdong was asked to react to the news regarding the said MMFF 2018 entry.
“Wala pa talagang sinasabi sa akin eh. Pero nung narinig ko yung ganung balita, siyempre nakakatuwa at I’m very humbled na kung sino man ang gumawa ng balitang iyun na i-consider ako, kung totoo man o hindi,” Dingdong answered.
Dingdong, who is currently a contract artist of GMA Network, has already made six films with ABS-CBN’s film outfit. His last project with Star Cinema, “Seven Sundays” earned more than ₱ 271 million worldwide. The film also stars Ronaldo Valdez, Aga Muhlach, Cristine Reyes and Enrique Gil.
