  • 40 children from Bantay Bata and Virlanie Foundation were treated to a shopping spree at the UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship
  • The brand also invited all customers to donate pre-loved clothes.

‘Tis really is the season of giving. Clothing brand UNIQLO as it shared the gift of LifeWear through its Christmas campaign titled Give What You Love: Celebrating the Gift of LifeWear.

The beneficiaries of the said campaign are the children of Bantay Bata and Virlanie Foundation.

40 children were blessed to a holding shopping spree at the newly opened UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store in Makati City.

This is the UNIQLO’s second year in sharing the gift of LifeWear to the less fortunate children in the Philippines. The brand is hoping to share it next time to even more Filipinos.

Geraldine Sia, UNIQLO Philippines Co-COO, said, “UNIQLO has always believed in the transformative power of clothing.

“More than just bringing comfort to our customers through our apparel, it is also our mission to share our LifeWear to members of our community who don’t often have access to our clothing and to our stores.”

UNIQLO is also inviting all the customers to participate in its eco-friendly sustainability campaign called “All-Product Recycling Initiative”.

To join, customers are simply encouraged to donate articles of clothing to UNIQLO stores to give back to the local communities.

This year, the brand picked 10 lucky donors to attend the event and share the holiday cheer with the kids.

All-Product Recycling donation boxes will be available year-round in all UNIQLO stores.
