“I’d like to to believe so kasi in the first place wala naman po kasi talagang issue.Tsaka nagkakasama naman kami ni Alden sa mga events ganyan. Like recently we had a event.I was part of the event with Alden. Wala naman pong problema and I think…yeah,” Julie Anne said during her launch as newest endorser of Lee Jeans last December 6.

“I’m not really expecting for anything like tatanggapin ako or hindi. I mean it’s totally okay, I mean I respect their opinion. Wala naman din pong kaso sa akin yon, I’ve wanted to fulfill my job and I just wanted to do my best lang. Walang kaso sa akin kung sino man yong makatrabaho,” the Asia’s Pop Diva explained.

Is Julie Anne ready to replace Maine as Alden’s new partner?

“Ay naku! Ano unbeatable po sila. I don’t think na may kailangan po akong palitan kasi ang lakas po ni Alden tsaka ni Maine together. And for me wala po akong laban and I totally respect that. Wala pong kaso sa akin yun. Wala po akong kailangang i-fill in. Basta focused po ako like as a solo performer, solo artist.”

The singer-turned-actress then clarified that she and Alden are not having conversations through text. She added that she only had rare instances meeting and talking with the actor.

“Sobrang bihira po kasi, bihira na lang po kami magkita. I mean when we get to see each other, of course civil naman po. Okay naman po lahat.”
