GMA Network continues to bring non-stop fun and entertainment to its loyal viewers with its exciting movie line-up this Sunday (May 24).
The kids are up for an adventurous movie treat via the animated film “Antz” on Kapuso Movie Festival. Z-4195, or “Z” for short, a worker ant, tries to break from existential crisis and get the attention of Princess Bala. He trades positions with his friend to see the princess during a parade. However, war breaks out during the parade. Z becomes a hero during the battles and begins to spread the idea of individualism throughout the hive.
Back-to-back with “Antz” is “Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter” on Kapuso Movie Festival. Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States, discovers vampires are planning to take over the United States. He makes it his mission to eliminate them.
Witness a different kind of love story with “Flotsam” on GMA Blockbusters. The indie rom-com, topbilled by Kapuso stars Solenn Heussaff and Rocco Nacino, is based on romantic stories cultivated around the surfer and artist-populated Flotsam and Jetsam Hostel in La Union (LU). A young woman running away from a volatile relationship ends up in a small beach resort where it seems everyone is falling in and out of love.
Sunday Night Box Office (SNBO) showcases the beauty of Santa Fe in Bantayan Island, Cebu via the romantic comedy film “I Found My Heart in Santa Fe.” It tells the story of Victor (Will Devaughn), who is searching for his mother, a native of Santa Fe. In the island, Victor did not only find his mother, but he also found love in a resort owner named Jennifer (Roxanne Barcelo).
Don’t miss all these on Kapuso Movie Festival this Sunday after iBilib, GMA Blockbusters after Dear Uge, and SNBO after The Boobay and Tekla Show, only on GMA-7.
