Angeline Quinto recalled an experience where she was ready to belt the high notes of a song during a singing competition when people started stabbing each other.
On June 24, Quinto was asked about the most embarrassing moment in her life in It’s Showtime.
Quinto shared that while performing in ASAP, she fell. She said she was able to recover and continue her performance.
Quinto also remembered a time when she was not yet in the entertainment industry: she joined a local singing competition, and people started stabbing each other when she was already prepared to belt the song’s high notes.
“Kanta ako doon sa mataas na part biglang may nagsaksakan dun sa harapan. So lahat ng mga judges nagtakbuhan habang kumakanta ako. Sa isip ko, sino magbibigay ng score sa ‘kin?
“Makikita mo talaga ‘yung sobrang dami ng tao na naghiwalay…Pero huwag ka, second place pa rin ako. Feeling ko naawa sa akin ang judges,” Quinto happily recalled her experience.
In 2011, Quinto was the winner of the reality talent show Star Power: Sharon’s Search For The Next Female Pop Superstar. Since then, her career as a singer has grown tremendously.
