In her YouTube vlog Showbiz Now Na aired on Thursday, August 18, Cristy Fermin commented about Kim Atienza, facing criticism online.
Fermin said Atienza was tagged as “sawsawero” by his bashers because of involving himself in recent issues.
She shared, “Ito naman kasing si Kuya Kim, ang linya niya ay mga hayop. Para siyang beterinaryo na binibigyan tayo ng interpretasyon sa mga hayop… E ba’t nakikisali siya sa mga isyu. Nakikisawsaw. Gusto ba niyang maging talk show host?”
She continued, “Napakasasakit ng mga salitang ipinupukol sa kanya dahil hindi raw malaman kung ano ba talaga ang gusto ni Kuya Kim sa buhay niya.
“Kasi nga mahilig siyang makisali. Ano ba talagang linya ang gusto ni kuya Kim?”
The columnist then advised Atienza to focus on his career and stop meddling with other people’s issues.
“Huwag na tayong makisali. Doon nalang tayo sa linya natin… Para maiwasan ang mga bashing, huwag nang makialam,” she said.
Atienza recently made noise online after he was assigned as a “dean” by a satire page named International State College of the Philippines.
The TV personality initially warned netizens that this was a scam. The netizens later informed him that ISCp is just a fictional school.
