Sexy star Rhen Escaño became emotional on Monday, August 22, as she talked about her career goals as an actress, hinting that such a topic had a sad story.
During the story conference for her upcoming mini-series, The Secrets of A Nympho, Escaño revealed that she had been in the entertainment industry for ten years.
“Para po sa akin, more than 10 years ko nang ginagawa ito, and hindi siya alam ng lahat. Parang lahat ata ng station napagdaanan ko na,” she shared to LionhearTV and select members of the press.
Out of all those years, and being in the industry for a decade, Escaño felt the pressure to achieve something as an actress. That is why every time she answers questions about her career, the sexy star breaks down.
“Umabot ako sa point na parang ayoko na, parang ganoon. Pero nandoon kasi na nafi-feel ko na mayroon eh. Mayroon talagang lulugaran someday.
“Siguro nagiging emotional lang ako dahil siyempre, lahat naman tayo ‘di ba, napanghihinaan tayo ng loob kapag nafi-feel natin na baka hindi para sa atin or baka hindi natin magawa.”
Escaño added, “Siguro para sa akin, mas nagfo-focus na lang ako ngayon sa sarili ko and kailangan ko lang talagang isiping mabuti kung ano ‘yung mga gusto kong gawin. Para mapunta ako sa gusto kong mapunta.”
Meanwhile, she stars alongside fellow sexy star Ayanna Misola in the series that tackles sex mystery. According to her, she now puts a lot of thought prior to doing a project.
“Kailangan kong i-make sure na iba siya sa nagawa ko before, or kailangan na naggu-grow ako as an actor. Kasi importante po sa akin iyon. Of course, kapag nakikita kasi tayo ng mga tao, parang gusto din natin ‘yung makita nila and ma-appreciate tayo bilang aktor. Dahil makikita nila na may iba’t-iba tayong kayang gawin.
“Importante din sa akin talaga ngayon, sa lagay ng career ko, na mas makita ako ng mga tao na may iba akong ginagawa.”
She is joined by Josef Elizalde, Arron Villaflor, and newbie Andrea Garcia in The Secrets of A Nympho, which will premiere on October 23, only on Vivamax.
