Viva and Kapuso star Xian Lim recently posted a picture on his Instagram story on May 26 that thrilled his fans.
The Instagram story featured him in a Zoom meeting with a caption: “🎬💪⏱️Love, Die, Repeat soon 👌.”
It made netizens wonder if Lim’s supposed-to-be first Television assignment in GMA-7 Network will finally continue its filming.
Love. Die. Repeat. was initially the first project that Lim worked on after becoming an artist under GMA-7.
The drama featured an emotional plot wherein the main character, played by established actress Jennylyn Mercado, has to relive her boyfriend’s death repetitively.
They started taping the series on September 8, 2021, in a taping bubble. However, Mercado, Lim’s leading lady, suddenly had a medical emergency that was later revealed to be her second pregnancy.
Due to this, the taping for the series got postponed until Mercado’s return on the set.
Lim, however, was showered with projects after the break from Love.Die.Repeat’s postponement. He starred in Brillante Mendoza’s horror film Bahay na Pula (2022) starring Julia Baretto as his leading lady and Marco Gumabao. The film was made available on the streaming platform, VivaMax on February 25, 2022.
Lim also landed a major role in False Positive, a 2022 comedy-fantasy television series on GMA network. Irene Villamor directed it and starred talented actress Glaiza de Castro. The show ran its from May 2, 2022 and concluded on May 27, 2022 with 19 episodes.
Just recently, he also starred with Ashley Ortega in the Philippines’ first-ever ice-skating drama Hearts on Ice, as the male lead, Enzo. The show premiered on March 13 and is currently ongoing with latest episode aired on May 26.
With hints on his Instagram Account, could Love.Die.Repeat be the next show on Lim’s schedule?
