Michael Sager and Emilio Daez—collectively known as the popular “MiLi” duo—will no longer be returning to the ‘Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition’ house as part of the recently announced “Big Comeback” twist for evicted housemates.
In the May 11 episode, Big Brother revealed that only six of the previously evicted eight housemates were eligible to return. Michael and Emilio were excluded from the list due to “prior commitments.”
The six housemates who remain in the running for a wildcard re-entry are:
- Ashley Ortega, Charlie Fleming, and Josh Ford (from GMA-7/Sparkle)
- Kira Balinger, AC Bonifacio, and Ralph de Leon (from ABS-CBN/Star Magic)
Unlike the previous eviction system, where housemates were eliminated in pairs, the comeback voting is done individually. One housemate from ABS-CBN and one from GMA-7 will be selected as wildcard housemates to re-enter the PBB house.
Although social media engagement is not the official basis for selection, online reactions currently show Ashley Ortega and Ralph de Leon leading in terms of Facebook reactions.
Still, fans are curious about the exact nature of Michael and Emilio’s “prior commitments” that prevented them from joining the wildcard race—especially since they were among the season’s fan favorites.
Voting will remain open until the end of the week.
