GMA Network pulled out all the stops for its milestone celebration, Beyond 75: The GMA Anniversary Special – a grand live event held on June 29, and now, viewers can relive the Network’s star-studded anniversary special as it airs this Saturday, July 12.
Beyond 75 fittingly serves as a tribute to GMA’s 75 years of being Forever One with the Filipino – filled with concert-level performances and nostalgic throwbacks that celebrate the Network’s legacy.
Kicking off the event was a heartfelt video message from GMA Network Chairman Atty. Felipe L. Gozon. “Our rise as the country’s most trusted and most awarded network wasn’t easy. But it was based on a solid foundation—built by journalists, editors, storytellers, dreamers, believers, and a nation that never stopped tuning in. Today, we’re everywhere—on air, online, and on the ground. And through it all, we thank God—for His blessings. We thank every Kapuso who walked with us—whether for a moment or for a lifetime. And we thank our audience—for trusting us, challenging us, and growing with us.”
GMA Network President and Chief Executive Officer Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr. led an inspiring toast of gratitude, honoring the countless individuals behind the Network’s 75-year journey. “To the men and women of GMA over the decades… GMA is where we all belong. We have laughed, cried, learned, and grown together. We were there to celebrate our country’s triumphs over adversaries and threats. We accepted challenges without fear; always striving to bring “Serbisyong Totoo” and to enrich the lives of Filipinos. To 75 years of unforgettable moments; to the incredible people who made it all possible; and to a future where our light will shine even brighter… as we remain Forever One with the Filipino!”
Beyond 75 treated audiences to powerful Kapuso collaborations, including Jessica Soho and Marian Rivera, Michael V and Alden Richards, and Dingdong Dantes sharing the stage with Ben&Ben. Viewers should also watch out for all the electrifying performances from some of the biggest and brightest Kapuso stars.
The night continued with performances from well-loved characters in favorite Kapuso shows– Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre, Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition, Stars On The Floor, Beauty Empire, BBL Gang– and an all-out party given by All-Out Sundays stars together with P-Pop Boy Groups Hori7on and Cloud 7. This was followed by a comedic and friendly “Fast Dating game with Boy Abunda” with AiAi Delas Alas, Kevin Dasom, Choi Bo Min, and Jason Gainza. Continuing the celebration is a special collaboration of Kapuso Comedy Genius Michael V with all of his iconic characters through a Michael V multiverse production.
A special rendition of “Someone in the Dark” was also performed by The Clash panel, Asia’s Nightingale Lani Misalucha together with Tiktoclock’s Tala Gatchalian and The Divas Of The Queendom’s Hannah Precillas, Naya Ambi, and Jessica Villarubin in commemoration of the life and legacy of all the icons who have imparted and took part in the lives of Filipinos through their arts, movies, and other masterpieces.
Kapuso viewers are sure to feel all the nostalgia as the event ended with a visual throwback of the Network’s 75-year journey, highlighted by a parade of stars from past to present, a symbolic gesture that shows GMA Network moving forward to brighter days ahead beyond 75 years of excellence, service, and quality entertainment.
