Building on the completion of its cloud migration supported through the RISE with SAP journey, NutriAsia is taking the next step in its digital transformation by rolling out SAP Cloud ERP Private across its operations. Together with its partner, delaware Philippines, a global SAP Platinum Partner that empowers organizations with digital solutions, the condiments giant will be embarking on a deeper evolution with harmonized and optimized processes that can power its continuous growth.
“This project is more than just adopting SAP best practices, it’s also about institutionalizing innovation to create smarter, more agile ways of working. With this overhaul, we’ll gain real time insights that can help minimize disruptions in our operations,” said Vergel Villacorta, Information Technology and Digital Transformation Group Head of NutriAsia.
Villacorta also emphasized that the project’s success will rely on seamless coordination, teamwork, and strong collaborations with delaware and SAP.
As the next stage of the company’s digital roadmap, the project will introduce advanced capabilities such as automated compliance reporting, enhanced warehouse utilization, and improved batch management. Designed to match the scale and speed of a complex FMCG
operation, it will overhaul the company’s core systems across 15 critical areas, covering manufacturing, distribution, and investment.
