The GMA Kapuso Foundation (GMAKF) is set to hold another run of its Sagip Dugtong Buhay bloodletting project on Aug. 8, encouraging the public to help save lives through blood donation.
Organized in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross and Ever Commonwealth Mall, the initiative is a biannual blood donation drive aimed at boosting the country’s blood supply while promoting volunteerism and community service.
The first bloodletting activity for 2026 was conducted in February.
This year’s second Sagip Dugtong Buhay bloodletting drive will take place on Saturday, Aug. 8, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Ever Commonwealth Mall.
GMA Kapuso Foundation invites eligible donors to participate and contribute to the life-saving initiative.
