A certified “box-office hit” marked the opening day of Heart Evangelista’s much-anticipated Closet Party, as fans and shoppers flocked early to score pre-loved and brand-new fashion pieces from the actress’ personal collection.
Even before 10 a.m., long lines had already formed at the venue, with attendees coming from various parts of the country—some even traveling from Mindanao—just to take part in the event.

The Closet Party featured a curated selection of items from Heart’s wardrobe, as well as pieces from her friends. Shoppers had access to a wide range of fashion finds—from high-end designer bags to local pieces—many of which had been previously worn by the style icon.
Prices varied significantly, with some items available for as low as ₱200, while premium luxury pieces reached up to ₱50,000. Several shoppers noted that some items still had original tags, adding to their appeal.
One attendee from Antipolo shared: “Marami sa nakuha ko P200 lang, tapos may mga tag pa.”
Despite the large turnout, the event maintained an organized flow, with designated registration areas, multiple cashier stations, and clearly categorized sections for clothing, bags, shoes, and accessories.
However, due to high demand, many items—especially designer bags—were quickly sold out, with affluent shoppers and fashion enthusiasts rushing to secure their picks.
The atmosphere reflected a mix of excitement and competition, with even well-dressed attendees embracing “mine” culture as they raced to claim items.
Adding to the event’s appeal was Heart’s active involvement. She personally interacted with fans, signed purchased items, and even adjusted outfits during an impromptu “Styled by Heart” moment that drew cheers from the crowd.
Her presence transformed the event into more than just a shopping experience—it became a fan engagement opportunity, with many attendees lining up for selfies and brief interactions.
According to sources close to the actress, the Closet Party evolved from her earlier pre-loved bazaars. The rebranding reflects the current mix of inventory, which now includes not only used items but also unused pieces still in original condition.
While minor build-ups occurred at cashier lines due to volume, the overall system remained efficient, supported by an experienced team accustomed to handling large-scale bazaar-style events.
Following the strong turnout and rapid sell-out of items, a second day has been scheduled to accommodate those who missed the opening. For attendees, the takeaway was clear: hesitation comes at a cost.
