Born with a defective urethra, Padilla previously underwent surgery due to a swollen kidney. Her doctor at a Los Angeles Hospital reportedly said the singer-host has a malignant growth inside her kidney, the size of which is compared to a golf ball.
In an interview by abs-cbnnews.com, Padilla is optimistic that she can win this fight as the cancer was detected early. “This is the first stage. Once it’s remove, I’ll be cancer-free. I’m going to take care of myself and eat well,” she said.
Dr. Folkes from Cedar Sinai Medical Center, found that she has “a malignant growth the size of a golf ball inside her kidney,” The “I Do Bidoo Bidoo” star is scheduled to undergo surgery on August 27 at Cedars Sinai.
