  • Okada Manila’s scare-tacular celebration will send chills of excitement down your spine

Halloween is slithering fast around the corner—and there’s only one destination for kids, kids-at-heart, and fun-loving adults to celebrate the spookiest time of the year: Okada Manila!

Beyond frighteningly creative costumes and trick-or-treat activities, this premier entertainment and leisure mecca offers an unforgettable experience for guys, girls, and ghouls of all ages, with Instagram-worthy installations, virtual reality experiences, live games and activity booths, as well as thrilling discounts and deals.

‘Okada Manila’s Scare-tacular Affair’

From October 26 to November 4, a “nightmare” is popping up in the Crystal Corridor—and it’s going to be a dream come true for guests who love new experiences, shopping, and sharing a terrifyingly fun time with the entire family.

Titled ‘Okada Manila’s Scare-tacular Affair’, this Halloween-lover’s paradise brings multi-layered spookiness to Okada Manila guests with larger-than-life decors perfect for taking season-appropriate selfies and groufies.

The stunning decorations along Crystal Corridor are complemented by four different kinds of virtual reality (VR) experiences co-created with Samsung’s Intellismart Games to take the spook-factor to the next level. Choose your own adventures fighting off Freaky Zombies, ambling along with Eerie Bones, escaping the Scary Mummy, or enjoying a smashing time with Creepy Pumpkins.

Bring the thrill to real life with exciting games such as a timed Scavenger Hunt and an adrenaline-pumping round of Throw the Hoops for exciting prizes!

To enjoy these Halloween treats, simply present receipts from any Okada Manila establishment and every PHP 1,000.00 spend gets you a ticket to a VR experience and an activity of your choice. Shipping and dining deals abound Okada Manila this season, too—apart from special discounts from the JBL and Samsung booths, you can also enjoy great offers from Jo Malone, Lacoste, MAC, Marks and Spencer, Pinks Hotdogs, Pepper Lunch, Medley Buffet, PLAY, and more!

The best Halloween PLAY experience

The young ones will definitely have a Halloween blast with PLAY at Okada Manila’s thrilling line-up of fun-filled, educational, and creative activities.

On October 31, treat your children to a day of Halloween fun at PLAY, whether during the morning session (11:00AM-4:00PM) or the afternoon session (5:00PM-7:00PM). They can come in their cutest, strangest, and spookiest duds and take part in the exciting costume parade, trick or treat session, and special prizes. They can also participate in other fun activities, whether it’s making their own masks and witch’s hats, joining fun games, and enjoying kid-friendly Halloween blockbusters! Door charge is at PHP 900 for kids and PHP 300 for adults.

Spine-chilling, world-class music at Cove Manila

Southeast Asia’s largest, first-of-its-kind, state-of-the-art indoor beach club and night club Cove Manila also has something for music lovers this Halloween.

On October 28 starting at 3:00PM, Cove will stage Back in Time, the biggest Halloween throwback party which will let guests journey down memory lane and dance all day to some of the greatest 80s, 90s, and 2000s anthems. The VIP pass is PHP 1,000.00, while the sunset pass—which requires guests to be at the venue by 5:30PM—is PHP 500.00.

On October 31 from 10:30PM onwards, Grammy award-nominated Paul Van Dyk and talented bombshell DJ Soda will take centerstage for the Halloween Haunted Party, a themed celebration of some of their best hits.

Guests can have an epic Halloween with these globally recognized artists for only PHP 1,500.00 (early bird ticket) or PHP 2,000.00 (regular ticket).

Delectable, scare-tacular delights

For a feast fit for the occasion (and dessert-lovers alike), indulge in Okada Manila’s Halloween-themed dessert offerings located at the Lobby Lounge in the Pearl Wing Lobby and the Medley Buffet by the Retail Boulevard, Pearl Wing.

With seasonal menu items like “White Chocolate Cake with Banana and Caramel Ghost” and “Pumpkin Cheesecake with Pandan and Mango Opera” from the Lobby Lounge, as well as “Chocolate Mud Cake with Rainforest Worms” and “Creepy Chocolate Mousse with Almond Fingers” from the Medley Buffet, you can be sure that these desserts are just as creatively delicious as they look.
