ABS-CBN’s primetime drama The General’s Daughter starring JC de Vera, Paulo Avelino, and Angel Locsin is now down to its last three weeks.
A teaser aired at the end of Friday’s (September 13) episode announced that the series, which also stars Albert Martinez, Tirso Cruz III, and Janice de Belen, is about to end.
The General’s Daughter, which is directed by Manny Palo and Mervyn Brondial, debuted last January 21.
The General’s Daughter features Angel Locsin as a lieutenant named Rhian Bonifacio. In the story, there are two army generals and two feuding families: the De Leons and Guerreros. Rhian, originally a De Leon, is taken from her family, raised as a Guerrero, instructed to infiltrate the military, and is given one mission: to kill Marcial De Leon, her real father.
