Now that Billy Crawford is working at TV5 Network as a host on Lunch Out Loud, he is expected to bring something ‘big’ to the network.
It was reported that the singer-host is receiving 100,000 pesos every day as a talent fee for hosting TV5’s noontime show.
Based on an article by entertainment columnist Salve Asis, the singer-host already received an advanced payment of his talent fee equivalent to one season. Billy allegedly used it to pay people to whom he owed money.
Billy had once admitted that he and his wife, Coleen Garcia, were ready to migrate, especially since he started a family without a job.
What added to the heavy feeling was that there were so many nights he was crying and finally thinking of leaving.
“I’m planning to sell everything and gonna move out of this country. And feels… wala, e, I didn’t have a job. You know what I’m saying? And if I did, it wasn’t really sustainable. I couldn’t sustain my family. It was a lot of depressing moments.”
But then he got offers from TV5 Network, and he’s thankful for the job and more thankful that he’s going to do what he wants at his age.
“I want this to be sustainable for my family.”
This may have been the reason Billy accepted the hosting gig that let him earn 100,000 pesos a day. Another rumored star who has a huge talent fee is Alex Gonzaga, a host on Lunch Out Loud.
But the question is, is Lunch Out Loud earning well enough for it not to be cancelled like other Brighlight shows?
