Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera will get back into acting very soon.
This is because she revealed that GMA Network is already fixing the script for her upcoming Kapuso project.
On July 31, Marian posted a portrait of hers in white. She captioned it, “Back to basics.”
A Netizen then asked the actress when she will she return to acting since Marian’s fans were missing her presence on Kapuso soaps.
“Lodi, kailan ka po ba ulit magkakaro’n ng bagong show sa telebabad? Sa sobrang pagka-miss ko sa’yo, gabi-gabi pa din akong nakaabang sa TV para manuod ng Endless Love. Tapos naghihintay din sa YT para manuod ng Endless Love padin hahaha. For Sure hindi lang ako ‘yung ganyan pati ibang fans mo nami-miss ka na. Hays.”
The actress then thanked her fan and revealed, “Aww maraming salamat… Soon. Inaayos lang script.”

It can be recalled that Marian was the first choice to play the lead role in the hit Kapuso show, First Yaya. However, she backed out due to the pandemic and concerns regarding her family.
The role of Yaya Melody was then given to Sanya Lopez, who played it perfectly.
The Kapuso superstar also had three movie projects which she rejected because of the pandemic. In a virtual media conference in November 2020, Marian was saddened by her decision to refuse the offers.
“Actually kung walang pandemya, tatlong pelikula sana ang gagawin ko, sayang. Pero parang ngayon, mahirap yatang gumawa ngayon, at hindi talaga safe. At sayang din ang First Yaya, hindi ko rin nagawa,” admitted Marian.
The actress back then did not promise anything for her fans. She is still worried about the pandemic.
However, on June 12, Marian and her husband, Kapuso star Dingdong Dantes got their first jab of Covid-19 vaccines.
Does this mean that she will finally be ready to return to Philippine drama after she completes her dose of vaccine?
Meanwhile, Marian is busy with her drama anthology series Tadhana which airs every weekend, 3:15 p.m. on GMA Network.
