ABS-CBN’s trending Saturday showbiz-oriented talk show, “Showbiz Inside Report” (SIR) won in the nationwide ratings game last Saturday (June 16), beating its rival program in GMA, “Startalk.“
According to the latest data of Kantar Media, SIR’s ‘Ama sa Lahat ng Panahon’ episode garnered 8% national TV rating compared to its competition which only got 6.3%. The said episode presented in-depth and never-before-heard stories from three of the most controversial family men in showbiz today—Richard Gomez, Eddie Gutierrez, and Rommel Padilla.
TV viewers were inspired with the exclusive accounts of Richard and Eddie on how they transformed from being showbiz’ most eligible bachelors to responsible husbands to Lucy Torres and Annabelle Rama and daddies to their kids.
The same episode made Rommel a worldwide trending topic on Twitter with his touching story of how he managed to become a father to his kids from the different women of her life, including Karla Estrada’s first born and now one of ABS-CBN’s hottest teen sensations, Daniel Padilla.
